For this paper, the main topic on the part of PICOT question is on the vaccines that newborns get within the first couple of hours after they are born. This is nothing to do with other vaccines children. Only on the topic of newborns and the vitamin k, hepatitis B and erythromycin eye ointment that is given at birth, No other vaccines.

Also, it is important because there are still many mothers who decide not to give them to their newborns and that can cause issues of the baby, especially the vitamin K since it reduces the chances of the child developing intracranial hemorrhage, thats why an educational program will be implemented to educate pregnant mothers on the importance of them.

Thank you in advance.

Rural Health care issues

Rural Health care issues

Assume you work in a rural health care center. The facility just received a generous grant from a health care foundation. The funds from this grant must be used to acquire new technologies to foster better health outcomes for residents who live in remote areas. The Director of Nursing has formed a committee to research types of patient care technologies that are available to manage and monitor patients upon their release from care. You have been asked to look into the different types of technologies available for patients who are discharged from the hospital and cannot travel hundreds of miles for frequent follow-up appointments. You were also asked to provide evidence-based research to support your selections.Write a3- 4 page report for the committee that provides your findings:Summarize the issues facing rural health care providers’ efforts to deliver quality care.Explain the use of information management tools and technologies to monitor and improve outcomes.Recommend three new technologies that improve patient outcomes post-hospitalization, in rural settings.Support your recommendations for new technologies with evidence-based research.Format this report following current APA style, paying close attention to headings and subheadings, paragraph structure, and proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.Additional RequirementsYour report should meet the following criteria:Contain between (3-4 pages).Include a minimum of 3 references. (These must be recent, from within the past five years.)Be double-spaced in Times New Roman font, 12 point.

Discuss the link between the PICOT statement, the research articles, and the nursing practice problem you identified. Include relevant details and supporting explanation and use that information to propose evidence-based practice changes.

Research Critiques and PICOT Statement Final Draft

PICOT Statement

use the PICOT statement in the Topic 1 assignment. add 2 more relevant research articles on the specific PICOT topic.

Research Critiques

In the Topic 2 and Topic 3 assignments you completed a qualitative and quantitative research critique. Use the feedback you received from your instructor on these assignments to finalize the critical analysis of the study by making appropriate revisions.

The completed analysis should connect to your identified practice problem of interest that is the basis for your PICOT statement.

Refer to “Research Critique Guidelines.” Questions under each heading should be addressed as a narrative in the structure of a formal paper.

Proposed Evidence-Based Practice Change

Discuss the link between the PICOT statement, the research articles, and the nursing practice problem you identified. Include relevant details and supporting explanation and use that information to propose evidence-based practice changes.
