You should structure this assessment task like a report and start by presenting some background to your country (include social, economic and political situation, including relevant historical factors), then clearly presenting the relevant indicators. You then need to discuss the meaning of the indicators and their value (and limitations) within a local and global context. 
You should demonstrate your ability to interpret and discuss the health indicators in relation to those that are relevant from the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), but are encouraged to go beyond simply presenting and interpreting these data. Provide an assessment of whether SDG targets are being met and how this compares to other countries in the region and beyond. 
You should also consider the country's national health policy, global and other external influences (such as economic and political influences of external donors), and the impact of any international programs such as key Global Funds. In response to health care reform, several competing hospitals are starting to form ACOs to participate in new payment models designed to reduce costs and improve population health.

The board of directors for your hospital has requested that you lead the development of an evaluation plan to assess the potential impact of ACO formation. In particular, the board wants to understand how the ACO will align with the organization’s strategy and what information will be required to assess the impact of the ACO on your organization’s performance.

Project 2: Simple RPG battle game

In this project you are going to create a simple battle game. You will have two types of opponents: Hydrons and Zexors. Create two classes: one for Hydrons and one for Zexors. Create a DiceRoll class.

The attributes of the classes are as follows:

Hydrons: have color, height, weight, health (starts at 25), damage potential (0-10, scaled by health), attack type, number of battles won, number of battles lost, name, and home planet.

Zexors: have color, height, weight, health (starts at 25), damage potential (0-10, scaled by health), attack type, number of battles won, number of battles lost, name, and species.

DiceRoll: number of sides

The methods are up to you.

Setup: The user is asked to create 3 Hydrons and 3 Zexors, and determines how many sides to the dice. The program randomly chooses a Hydron and pits it against a Zexor. Each battle is determined by the a dice roll – each Hydron and Zexor rolls a single die. The higher of the dice rolls wins the battle. Damage is attributed to the loser, which also affects the damage potential of the loser. If a Hydron or Zexor does not engage in a battle, then their health increases by 1 to a maximum of 25. Appropriate information should be printed at the end of each battle round for all 6 creatures.

For example

Battle 1: HydronFred (damage potential 8) battles ZexorSally (damage potential 6). They are both at full health and roll a 7 sided die. ZexorSally rolls a 6 and HydronFred rolls a 1. ZexorSally wins, HydronFred has health of 19 (25-6).

Battle 2: HydronFred battles ZexorThor (damage potential 9). ZexorThor is at full health. ZexorThor rolls a 2 and HydronFred rolls 7. ZexorThor takes damage of 76% of 8.

And so on until one of the 6 creatures has a health of 0.

Healthcare Financing Issues from the Viewpoint of the Nurse Leader: An Economic Perspective

Like in other countries, the United States also experiences issues to do with healthcare financing. This is in contrast with what many may believe since the United States is considered superior in terms of its gross domestic product (GDP). Three of these healthcare financing issues include the return on investment (ROI) of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the cost of retraining healthcare employees in terms of scarcity of resources, and healthcare product pricing given the location of a healthcare organization (Nunn et al., 2020)  Nurse Leader as Economist

When the ACA was signed into law it expressly sought to shift the focus of universal healthcare from quantity to quality. This was to be achieved through a set of measures and regulations in the law. Several years down the line, the return on investment of this policy decision is evident as more Americans are benefiting from the coverage by getting quality care (Cai et al., 2020).

Retraining of healthcare employees is an expense that many healthcare organizations find hard to avoid. However, this is a necessity now with the emergence of novel healthcare technologies that require nurses and other healthcare staff to upskill. In all organizations, financial resources are scarce. Lastly, healthcare organizations just like hotels make a choice about location based on the purchasing power of the expected clientele in its locality. This is a pricing strategy that is tied to the calibre of services the institution expects to offer.
