Write an annotated bibliography on a minimum of5 evidence-based research articles (not review of literature articles) related to your change project – building upon (and possibly including) the articles in paper #1. Following the guidelines from Sue Franzen on how to write an annotated bibliography, each research study should have its own page. Each page should begin with an APA citation for the article followed by three separate paragraph:1) a paragraph of why you selected this study, 2) a paragraph on how the evidence in the study supports your change and 3) a paragraph identifying the studies strengths and weaknesses.

The annotated bibliography should be followed with a synthesis (2 pages minimum) pulling the studies all together and discussing what is similar, different, strengths and concerns as it relates to your change project.
