Project Idea: improving quality of patient care via a Federal Quality program and working with providers to move data to wisdom.

Scope: in assisting providers with mandatory reporting requirements, to aid these providers in providing better care, and moving beyond simply reporting data to using this data as a meaningful way to improve care and model practice policy.
