For this assignment, you will analyze a health system to identify and critique its organizational structure and service line offering. To get started, you will have to research and identify a model healthcare organization which can be from a local, state, or national care delivery system. Hint: You can find a wealth of information about an organization by visiting its website and clicking on the “About Us” (or equivalent) link and/or searching for its annual report (most not-for-profit organizations will post this report publicly to meet 501(c)(3) requirements under the Internal Revenue Service). Be sure to address the following theories and concepts in your assignment:
