o Have you explained the linkage between the evidence and the specific metabolic or glucose-related aspects of the condition from your chosen case study?

o Have you explained why the evidence you have used is the best available? In other words, how is it linked to best practices, professional or regulatory guidelines, et cetera?

Analyze how interprofessional strategies applied to the concept map can lead to achievement of desired outcomes.

· What interprofessional strategies in assignment help are most applicable to the context of the case study that you are using as the basis for the concept map?

o Why are these interprofessional strategies appropriate in  the context of the case study and your concept map?

· Reacting to Parents or Caregivers Who Display a Sense of Entitlement Nursing Assignment Help

· The teachers should recognize their right to teach professionally without disruptions as suggested by Charles (2011) and use this position to address the problem. Like teachers, parents and caregivers have their rights in fostering the education of their children. However, parents and caregivers should avoid evoking a climate that would undermine the development of students as stated in the Bible (Colossians 3:20-21). In this history assignment help, some parents might overstep their rights and display a sense of entitlement. Teachers have a responsibility to intervene based on the best interests of students. The appropriate reaction from teachers is to engage the parents in dialogue to achieve an understanding of relevant rules and policies as well as their roles as partners in promoting the development of their children.

· The dialogue should entail three key elements. In the first element, the teachers should listen to the perspectives and attitudes of the parents towards the students. This element would help the teachers to avoid yelling or arguing with the parents (Emmer & Evertson, 2013). As teachers operate in increasingly more diverse classroom environments, it becomes easier to overlook the diverse perspectives of the parents and caregivers about teaching and school at large. Some attitudes of the parents and caregivers might encourage them to display a sense of entitlement and diverge from the policies of the school. Seeking to understand such attitudes would be an important initial step for the teachers in addressing the problem. Evidence-Based Concept Map In Healthcare

· In the second element, the teachers should explain the roles, policies, rules, and procedures to the parents. Upon gaining an understanding of the attitudes of the parents, the teachers would be in a strong position to provide explanations or parent education that would improve the situation. Perhaps a lack of understanding on the part of the parents or caregivers regarding their role might be a contributing factor in displaying a sense of entitlement. Teachers might be dealing with parents from diverse backgrounds, but the established policies, rules, and procedures provide an opportunity to foster common ground. An explanation of the roles of the parents as partners with teachers in the learning environment, as well as the rules, policies, and procedures, might influence the parents to adopt a cooperative approach rather than display a sense of entitlement (assignment help).

· The final element regards the teachers taking specific measures to cultivate a relationship of trust and respect with the parents. These values are consistent with the Christian worldview and would help the teachers to reach a consensus with the parents. Overall, the dialogue would help teachers and parents or caregivers to build solidarity and create a environment of collective agreements, mutual-respect, and collective responsibility for the education of the students.

Jazz Week 4 Muscular System

Jazz Week 4 Muscular System

“Leg muscles save back muscles…Mandatory OSHA meeting Tuesday at noon.  Bring lunch,” states the company memo.  Sandor Padilla, a 28-year-old cargo loader, signs.  “Third meeting this year, and it’s not even June yet!”  He has only two minutes to reach the tarmac.  “Oh well, cargo waits for no man,” he thinks as he jogs off to work. Jazz Week 4 Muscular System

Sandor enjoys his job.  It keeps him fit but lets his mind follow more creative avenues.  Today, his thoughts stray to his daughter Reina’s fifth birthday party, just two weeks away.  “A pony or a clown?  Hot dogs or tacos?” he muses.  Single parenting has its moments.  As he is busy thinking of other things, the heavy crate slips, driving him into a squatting position that injures his thigh muscles.  His cry of pain brings Janet Wilson, his supervisor, running to help.

ORDER A PLAGIARISM-FREE PAPER NOW

The first aid station ices his leg to reduce swelling and pain.  After the supervisor completes the incident report, Sandor is taken to the emergency room.  Dr. Basra, the orthopedic specialist on call, diagnoses myorrhesis of the left rectus femoris.  A myorrhaphy is required to treat this injury.  After several days in the hospital, Sandor is sent home with a Vicodin prescription for pain and orders for physical therapy sessions three times a week.  He is not expected to return to work for at least 90 days. Jazz Week 4 Muscular System

AirFreight Systems receives the first report of injury and compares it with the supervisor’s incident report. Ruling: Safety Violation. No Liability. Return to work in 30 days or dismissal.

Sandor knows how to handle heavy loads safely; however, the crate may have slipped because he was busy thinking about his daughter’s birthday party and not about his work.  Could the responsibility for this accident be considered negligence on Sandor’s part?  Do you think Sandor should be help responsible or is blameless in this situation?

Initial post must be a minimum of 5-6 complete sentences

Health History and Medical Information

Health History

Mrs. J. is a 63-year-old married woman who has a history of hypertension, chronic heart failure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Despite requiring 2L of oxygen/nasal cannula at home during activity, she continues to smoke two packs of cigarettes a day and has done so for 40 years. Three days ago, she had sudden onset of flu-like symptoms including fever, productive cough, nausea, and malaise. Over the past 3 days, she has been unable to perform ADLs and has required assistance in walking short distances. She has not taken her antihypertensive medications or medications to control her heart failure for 3 days. Today, she has been admitted to the hospital ICU with acute decompensated heart failure and acute exacerbation of COPD.

Subjective Data

  2. Denies pain but says she feels like she cannot get enough air.
  3. Says her heart feels like it is “running away.”
  4. Reports that she is exhausted and cannot eat or drink by herself.

Objective Data

  2. Discuss whether the nursing interventions at the time of her admissions were appropriate for Mrs. J. and explain the rationale for each of the medications listed.
  3. Describe four cardiovascular conditions that may lead to heart failure and what can be done in the form of medical/nursing interventions to prevent the development of heart failure in each condition.
  4. Taking into consideration the fact that most mature adults take at least six prescription medications, discuss four nursing interventions that can help prevent problems caused by multiple drug interactions in older patients. Provide a rationale for each of the interventions you recommend.

Holistic Care And Treatments Paper

Holistic Care And Treatments Paper

An important area in nursing practice is in palliative and end-of-life care. Palliative care provides a more holistic approach to patient care and attempts to slow the progression of a disease. Palliative care can include an array of non-pharmaceutical therapies such as massage therapy or yoga. It can also include shorter or smaller treatments aimed at reducing negative side effects. End-of-life care is about the process of dying. Helping patients and their families through this time can be difficult yet rewarding. Patients deserve respect and quality care through this time as well. Like nurses who practice in palliative care organizations, hospice nurses are moving toward alternative therapies to aid in comforting the terminally ill patient. As more care is being delivered in the home, the role of the nurse in providing palliative and end-of-life care will continue to evolve.

The use of complementary and alternative therapies in the treatment of cancer patients, terminal patients, and many other types of patients is steadily increasing. The  Resources also contain much information about the various alternative therapies currently being used.

Consider alternative therapies and discuss the challenges associated with them.

To prepare

· Review the Resources pertaining to alternative therapies.

· Select one of the following areas where alternative therapies are being used:
